General questions about Polestar 1

Our Polestar spaces are purely retail environments and are not equipped to perform service or maintenance. However, staff at Polestar spaces are happy to help you book an appointment at a nearby service point. Please contact your local Polestar Approved Service Point directly for your maintenance questions and service bookings.

Polestar ID is your personal ID. It gives you access to various Polestar services, including login to Polestar.com and the Polestar mobile app.
Yes, your Polestar ID is created automatically when ordering your Polestar. You need to activate your Polestar ID within 30 days to be able to proceed with your order. This is done by clicking the link in the message which is sent to your provided e-mail address.
When your order has been assigned a VIN-number, it will be available on your order page which you can access by logging in at Polestar.com with your Polestar ID.
